Standard Workflow
Configuration
Connect your courier accounts in Settings. Enter API credentials for providers like Pathao or Steadfast and set your default pickup location.
Booking a Shipment
From the Orders page, click 'Book Shipment' on any pending order. Choose your preferred carrier and enter package details.
Printing Labels
Generate and print official AWB (Airway Bill) labels optimized for standard 4x6 thermal printers or A4 sheets.
Live Status Sync
Monitor real-time updates (Picked up, Shipped, Delivered) directly from your dashboard using intelligent status polling.
Pro-Tip: Automated Sync
Enable Courier Webhooks in your settings to receive real-time updates for tracking statuses. This eliminates the need for manual status checks and keeps your customers informed via SMS/Email notifications.
